Accessibility Statement

Last updated September 19, 2026

This statement applies to https://mylifttracker.com, including our public pages and the MyLiftTracker web app.

Our commitment

Cadence Marketing LLC wants MyLiftTracker to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix.

What you can do

  • Use a screen reader. Buttons, switches and dialogs have names that describe them, such as “Delete set 2 of Bench Press.”
  • Get around with a keyboard. Dialogs keep focus inside while they're open, close with Escape, and put focus back where it was.
  • Delete a set without swiping. Swipe actions also work from the keyboard.
  • Reduce motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, page transitions and animations turn off, and the animated previews on our homepage show a still image instead.
  • Turn sounds off in Settings. The rest timer also vibrates on phones that support it.
  • Zoom in with your browser or phone settings.

Conformance status

MyLiftTracker is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content don't fully meet the standard yet.

Known limitations

  • Progress charts are visual. The numbers behind them are also listed as text in each exercise's history.
  • The app only has a dark color scheme for now.
  • The previews on our homepage are short silent videos. Each one has a text description.
  • Our sign-in, sign-up and invite forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. If the check doesn't work with your assistive technology, email us and we'll help you get in.

How we assess accessibility

Cadence Marketing LLC checks accessibility itself, by testing with a keyboard, screen readers and reduced-motion settings as we build. This statement was prepared on September 19, 2026, and we review it at least once a year and after major changes.

Feedback and contact

If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email contact@mylifttracker.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
