Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated September 19, 2026

Cadence Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in California and runs MyLiftTracker from the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use and share consumer health data — the workouts and body measurements you log — and it adds to our Privacy Policy.

It's a separate page because two states ask for one: Washington, under its My Health My Data Act, and Nevada, under its consumer health data privacy law. Their residents get the rights set out below. If you live in California or one of the twenty or so other states with a privacy law, your health data is covered as sensitive personal information under section 10 of our Privacy Policy. We handle this data the same way wherever you live.

Consumer health data we collect

  • Body measurements you log: bodyweight, body fat percentage and notes.
  • Training data you log: exercises, workouts, sets, reps, weights, rest times, tempo, notes and personal records, and figures worked out from them, such as estimated one-rep max, volume and progress charts.
  • Workouts, exercises, bodyweight entries and other data that apps you connect, such as Claude, save to your account when you ask them to.

We don't ask for diagnoses, medical conditions, medications, reproductive or sexual health information, precise location or biometric data, and we don't use them. Notes are free text, so please keep medical details out of them.

We're not a healthcare provider, a health plan or anything else HIPAA covers, and what you log here isn't a medical record. HIPAA doesn't apply to it; the laws named above do.

Where it comes from

  • From you, when you log it in the app.
  • From apps you connect, when you ask them to add to or change your account.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for: storing what you log, showing your history, calculating personal records and progress charts, and letting apps you've connected read your training data and bodyweight log and add to them. We also use it as needed to keep the Services secure and to comply with the law.

We don't use consumer health data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to draw conclusions about your health.

Who we share it with

  • Processors that host and deliver the Services for us: cloud hosting providers that run our servers and host our database in the United States, and a content delivery and security provider that delivers and protects the site. They may process it only on our instructions, and we'll name the companies we currently use if you ask.
  • Apps you connect, such as Claude by Anthropic, when you connect them and ask them to use your data. You can disconnect an app at any time in Settings.
  • Government authorities or others, when the law requires it.

We don't share consumer health data with analytics or advertising companies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run only on our public pages, never in the signed-in app where this data is.

These laws allow collecting and using consumer health data without separate consent when it's needed to provide a service you asked for, which is the only way we use it. If we ever want to collect or share it for any other purpose, we'll ask for your separate, clear consent first. We will never sell it.

Your rights

  • Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it, along with a list of every third party and affiliate we've shared it with and how to contact them.
  • Withdraw any consent you've given us to collect or share it.
  • Have it deleted. We delete it from our systems and tell our processors to delete it too. Once an app you connected, like Claude, has received data, that app's provider controls its copy, and you can ask them to delete it.
  • Appeal if we turn down your request.

How to make a request

Email contact@mylifttracker.com from the email address on your account, with “Consumer health data request” in the subject. We'll respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we can extend that once by another 45 days and will tell you why. Requests are free, up to twice a year.

If we deny your request, reply to our answer or email contact@mylifttracker.com with “Appeal” in the subject within a reasonable time. We'll respond in writing within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the attorney general in your own state. Washington residents can file with the Washington State Attorney General, who enforces the My Health My Data Act, at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top shows when this policy last changed. Before we use or share consumer health data in a new way, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
