Logging

Last time, filled in
Every set starts with what you did last session, so most sets are a single tap.
Tap to log
Tap the check and the set is saved. There's no save button and no extra screen.
Rest timer
Starts on its own when you log a set. It beeps and vibrates when rest is over, and you can add 15 seconds.
Per side or full weight
Switch the whole workout between plates per side and the total. The bar is included.
Change things as you go
Add a set, swap or reorder exercises, or jot a note for today.
